Design and Build,
with one team.

Wilhaus is a design and build studio on the Mornington Peninsula, where interior design and custom home building come together under one roof.

Founded by interior designer Amy Spargo and builder William McKenna, we shape new builds, renovations, and extensions across Mt Eliza, Mt Martha, Portsea, and Sorrento — one team carrying each home from first sketch to the morning you wake up in it.

Timeless Design,
Dedicated Construction.

A home built well is a seamless process — every decision considered as part of the whole, from the first sketch to the day you move in. That’s the way Wilhaus was made to work.

Design and construction sit under one roof and move as one. The people designing your home are the people building it, so each choice is made with both the vision and the build in mind — and you have clarity on budget, timing and outcome from the very start.

It’s the kind of process that comes only from decades of design and construction experience, brought together in a single, dedicated team.

The result is a home delivered without seams or surprises — where the home you imagine and the home you live in are, finally, one and the same.

Shotton Lodge — A Mornington Peninsula Farmhouse

Featured in House & Garden Magazine, this contemporary farmhouse sits between paddocks and a lake on the Mornington Peninsula — a 1978 home reimagined as something open, light and unmistakably connected to its setting.
We lifted ceilings, opened the floorplan and reshaped it around family life, so the house now reveals itself slowly. Starting with the entry, to living, to the long view across the water.
